Heather Gilham

Billing Supervisor

Heather has had over 17 years of billing experience during her career. We were fortunate to have her join our team in January 2009. Heather's education includes a Comprehensive Coding Education Program. Heather's talent and competence has provided an invaluable benefit to our team and patients. She is originally from Temecula, California, but she and her family moved to Oregon in 2005.

Mandy Erhardt

Billing Specialist and Medical Assistant to Dr. Russo

Mandy has worked in our office since September 2009 doing various jobs from Receptionist to Medical Assistant to Billing. She is a great asset to our team because of her versatility. Mandy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Eastern Oregon University. She lives in Hermiston.
